What counts as a sale?+
Any purchase a visitor makes within 60 days of clicking your link: a single tour, a 7-day pass or a 30-day pass. Not just their first one.
When do I actually get the money?+
A commission is earned the moment the sale happens and becomes payable 30 days later, once the refund window has closed. Payouts run monthly for balances over $25.00.
What happens if a customer refunds?+
The commission is reversed. If it was already paid to you it stays on your ledger as a reversal and comes out of your next payout, and you can see exactly which sale it was.
Do purchases in the iPhone app count?+
Only through your code. Apple gives us no way to see which link sent someone, so an app purchase is credited when the buyer enters your code. Every purchase on the web is tracked by the link.
Can I buy through my own link?+
No. Self-referrals are voided automatically. Everything else about how you promote us is up to you, within the terms.
Is there a cost, a quota or a contract?+
